I was a bit
nervous about taking the Phenlite pills for the first time. I have a
had a very bad history with diet pills. They often make me very
jittery and do not deliver what they promise. Often times, I find
that I eat more when I take them, because I believe that they are
going to make the fat fall off. And, usually the fat does not fall
off. Well, what I noticed with Phenlite is that when you combine this
pill with exercise and proper eating habits, the fat falls off pretty
quickly.
The first two
weeks that I took the pills, I did not notice any changes in my body
weight. The fat had not fallen off at all. I kept doing what I
usually do and ate healthy food and worked out a lot but I still did
notice any changes. I was hoping for fat to fall off. A week after
this, I looked at the scale, and I was surprised to see that I had
lost two pounds. Wow, fat falls off with this drug. So, I kept on
doing my exercises and eating good food and a week later, I noticed
that I had lost two more pounds.
This was insane
for me because I really hadn’t expected the drug to do much of
anything. Yet, here it was in front of my eyes, fat fell off and kept
falling off my body. It was impressive, yet still I wanted more. So,
I doubled by dose, so hopefully double the fat would fall off. Well,
that’s not exactly what happened. However, I did have a reduced
appetite. This definitely helps in keeping the fat off.
With this
product, I did not expect much. As I said before, I have had a really
bad history with weight-loss products. Often they promise fat will
fall off, and that does not happen. Well, with this product I noticed
fat falling off pretty quickly. I was glad. Of course, I still had to
work out and I definitely had to eat smaller portions but that became
easier once I started taking double doses of the pill. Suddenly, I
had a smaller appetite. As time went on, more and more fat fell off.
This made me very happy because it meant that as long as I took this
product, I could be sure that fat would fall off. So, I would say
that if you want to lose weight quickly without any help at all, this
product may not be right for you. However, for me when it is combined
with exercise and healthy eating, it makes fat fall off.
